Cancellation

Website hosting may be cancelled at any time, with 30 days notice in writing. There will be no refund of any unused portion of the current hosting contract. An administration fee of £25 per domain applies to all transfers to other registrars or hosting services and must be paid before the transfer can be effected.

All website design and update work may be cancelled at any time, but any work started or uncompleted will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with the services we provide. Any complaints must be notified to us within 7 days of publication or completion of the work concerned. Refunds are not normally considered as you will not normally be invoiced until both parties are happy that the agreed services have been provided.
